Chapter Six
“Did you get the pain meds I set out for you this morning?”
Kai lifted his head from the conference room table upon hearing Ruki’s soft voice. He took a moment to look over the blond techie’s sincere expression, spying nothing but vast concern. Just like his older brother, Ruki didn’t bother to ever conceal any of his feelings. He was an open book; every movement, every glance, and every touch always manifesting exactly how he felt at each given moment.
“Yeah, Ru, I did. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it.” Kai reached out and ruffled Ruki’s hair, which allowed a proud, childish smile to spread across Ruki’s full lips. When he wasn’t stressed beyond belief with work, Ruki was easily the sweetest, most caring person he knew. Kai can only assume that’s why it was he bonded with the little blond so easily. Because unlike most of the other’s here, after years of working for Tora, Ruki’s been able to hold onto that kindness and compassion that most no longer had.
He still had his humanity.
“I sort of figured you’d need it after that beating you took yesterday.” Ruki replied while beginning to open his laptop. Kai was able to see the small techie was sorting through some folders by the reflection in his glasses lenses. Ruki pursed his lips and looked up at Kai momentarily, his ocean blue’s squinted in disgust, which made light crinkles appear at the corners of his eyes. “Have I told you how much I really hate that asshole? I still think Tora’s beyond crazy for approving you guys this trial mission.”
Kai sighed. He honestly had to agree with Ruki. “Ru, Shiroyama is an excellent fighter, and really, that’s all that matters in the end. Besides, I don’t think Tora would approve of our partnership if he didn’t think it would somehow work out. You know how he is about losing men, he wouldn’t risk it.”
And it was only that very reasoning the allowed Kai to get any sleep whatsoever last night. Somehow, somewhere throughout his month of training with Aoi, Tora had to have seen something that Kai could not. Because the tall man honestly believed this partnership would benefit everybody in the end. And if Tora was willing to send him countries away with Aoi in tow without a blink of an eye, he knew his boss had to have some sort of confidence that Aoi wouldn’t massacre him intentionally.
Because somewhere in is gut, he knew Tora would never put his life at risk. At least not on purpose.
Ruki scoffed and shrugged his shoulders, the collar of his dark, baggy sweater falling a few inches, revealing creamy pale skin. “I don’t care what you say, I don’t exactly trust Tora’s judgement at this point. That mission with Rei was supposed to be simple, remember?”
Yes, Kai did remember. But at the moment, it’s something he wanted to completely block out of his mind, because he knew he couldn’t be distracted. Not when in just a few hours’ time, he’d be on foreign land, possibly fighting for his life, with someone he knew he couldn’t trust as far as he could throw him.
Luckily, before he could even begin to think of a diversion topic, the rest of the unit finally began to flood into the conference room.
Tora had informed Kai throughout his weeks of training with Aoi that this trial mission would be nothing too big, putting emphases on the words that it was definitely something Kai could handle on his own. Many times Kai had wanted to ask that if could handle them on his own, why didn’t Tora just send him solo, but as always with all Tora related matters, Kai kept his mouth shut.
With only trifling assignments at hand, Kai knew the team he and Aoi would be provided with would be a small one, and Kai can’t even lie. He was a little beyond thrilled when he realized everybody gathering into the room was someone he’s worked with before and got along with perfectly fine.
It was already given that Ruki would forever be a part of the unit. He was the best techie around and hadn’t a problem hacking into any computer from thousands of miles away, right from the safety of his own room. That fact in and of itself was a great relief to Kai, because in his mind, Ruki was all he had left, and knowing that he was forever safe throughout the walls of the compound made having to leave and go out on missions again almost bearable.
The first man to walk into the room sat across from Kai at the table. He was young, possibly his early twenties, and Kai knew him as Agent Daichi. His femininity made him quite popular around the compound, and never once had Kai heard one negative thing about the young man. From the times Kai has seen him, it’s become apparent the young agent prefers tighter clothing; Kai having more than once seen far more skin than he was comfortable with when Daichi would stretch in front of him.
There were notable changes in Daichi’s appearance since Kai had last seen him. His long black hair was chopped into a shaggy bob and his natural brown eyes were hidden underneath of pair of dark blue contacts. The small changes weren’t surprising in the least bit, given that the last Kai had heard, Daichi had been sent off on an extended under cover mission with his partner, Hiro, who just so happened to be the other man who walked into the room, taking the seat right next to Daichi.
Whereas Daichi came off as a kind young man, Hiro looked nothing but intimidating. His muscular build was noticeable without having to really try and look for it; the snug graphic t-shirts he wore showing off well defined arms and an iron taught stomach. His facial expression seemed to be always pinched into an irritated scowl, and most at the compound believed it was his mixed blood that allowed him to achieve such a strong-arm posture.
However, as the saying goes, looks can be deceiving. Because Hiro was one of the few handful of people who Kai has worked with at the compound who has shown more gentleman like behaviors than possibly even Reita ever has – something Kai thought to be impossible.
“Agent Uke, Ruki.” Hiro’s cool voice spoke up, giving each Kai and Ruki a small bow in greeting. Kai and Ruki returned that greeting silently, nodding their heads in response.
Next to walk into the room was Tora. Their boss took his respective seat at the head of the table, placing a tablet down in front of him and adjusting his tie. He greeted each man in silence, Kai not surprised in the least bit when Tora’s gaze lingered on him a bit longer than the rest of the men in the room, even going as far as to offer Kai a discreet smile before clearing his throat.
“Morning, gentlemen. Today we’re here to discuss-” Tora’s light hazel’s danced around the room again, taking note of the empty chair at the end of the table. With a sigh he pinched the bridge of his nose and closed his eyes, the fat vein in the middle of his forehead that always came about when he was a little bit more than stressed appearing “Where’s Shiroyama?”
“He’s apparently late, sir.” Daichi spoke up for the first time since entering the room. His voice had a peppy edge and he was smiling at Tora as if he should be proud of himself for stating the obvious.
Tora growled in response, his hands now curled into fists on the corners of the table. His grip was so tight that Kai swore he could hear the glass table top being to creak. “Yes, Agent, that much is obvious. But how is he late? He’s still living in the chambers, he needs at least a two guard escort team to even leave the premises of his room. The guards are given his schedule, there’s no way they’d let him be la-”
Before Tora could even finish his rant, the door to the conference room came flying open; Aoi walking in seconds after wards and smiling cheekily at Tora. “Boss-man! My ears were ringing from all the way out in the hallway. There’s no need to praise me that much in front of your men, they know how amazing I am already.”
Aoi stepped right up next to Tora, wrapping an arm around his shoulders and squeezing, acting as if they were the best of friends and completely disrespecting Tora’s authority over him. From the glare Tora was eyeing the cocky agent with, Kai knew things were about to get ugly.
“Agent Shiroyama, where’s your-”
“I told you, Aoi. It’s Aooooi.”
Tora’s brows furrowed, that vein in his forehead increasing in size. “Escort team? Where’s your goddamn escort team?”
Aoi simply shrugged his shoulders and picked up the tablet Tora had placed on the table earlier. He began to tap all around it, his face scrunching when he repeatedly received an error sign for typing in the wrong password. When Aoi felt Tora’s gaze still on him, he looked up from the device, putting on a dubious act. “Oh, escort team? Is that what you called those two assholes who tried to manhandle me out of my room? I get it, I’m pretty damn attractive, but that does not give them the right to touch me without my permission. So, I beat their asses. If you’re really that concerned about them, they’re currently passed out on my room floor. Go check on them if you wish.”
One glance around the table allowed Kai the knowledge that he wasn’t the only one waiting in anticipation for Tora’s reaction. Because everyone here besides Aoi had worked with Tora for years. They knew how much of a stickler he was for the rules he’d set across the compound, and they knew their boss didn’t handle blatant arrogance all too well. The four of them had worked hard to get out of the Isolation Chambers; they’d worked to prove themselves, to gain Tora’s trust. And here Aoi was, a newbie at most, showing complete and utter disregard to how Tora ran things.
The room fell completely silent, none of the men in the room even daring to take a breath. They watched with eager eyes as Tora’s expression morphed from one of false amusement to one of complete vexation, and in one smooth move that was so fast it almost passed as unseen, Tora was twisting both of Aoi’s arms behind his back and pinning him down onto the table.
There was a hard slam followed by a distinct cracking noise as their boss pushed into entire weight onto Aoi’s back, adding pressure to his twisted arms and making Aoi groan out in pain. When Kai looked down at the table, he could see a zigzag fracture running from where Aoi’s body lay, all the way down the middle of the table.
Tora lowered himself on Aoi some more, his stomach and chest pressed fully against Aoi’s back and his mouth right against his ear as he growled, “You’re not in fucking Tokyo anymore, Shiroyama, got that? It isn’t Kyo you work for anymore. You will abide by my rules, or else I’ll send you back. And I highly doubt you want that, correct?”
Tora’s voice adopted a smug tone throughout his last few words, Kai able to see a smirk spread across his boss’ usually calm features as he watched Aoi’s face twist in defeat. That only awakened Kai’s curiosity even more. Why was Aoi transferred over in the first place? If he was supposedly Kyo’s favorite, why would getting sent back be such a bad thing?
“Correct?” Tora repeated in a nasty growl against Aoi’s ear, pushing him harder into the glass table; making it split even more. When Aoi didn’t bother to reply, Tora wrapped his fingers in Aoi’s long hair and lifted his face off the table, only to smash it back down with force, resulting in blood slowly beginning to pour down the split in the table.
Kai watched the other agent, able to see Aoi wanted to forfeit. He wanted to tell Tora he’d listen from here on out, wanted to tell him he’d be a good little agent. But, unsurprisingly, Aoi’s self-righteous attitude wasn’t going to allow it. Even to Kai, who sat at the opposite end of the table, could see Aoi’s next smart-ass remark begin to curl up on his lips, and he knew if that were to happen, they’d be stuck in the conference room all day. And more than anything, Kai simply wanted to get things done and over with so they could finish out this trial mission. Because the sooner they finished this trial one, the sooner they could be sent to Europe, and the sooner they finished in Europe, the sooner they’d be home; back to Reita.
“Sir?” Kai spoke up firmly. He cleared his throat and sat up straight in his seat, feeling Tora’s eyes on him the moment after he had called out to him. “I…I think he understands now. There’s no need to further humiliate him, we’re here for far more important matters, anyway. Shall we just get to them instead?”
When Tora continued to eye him, Kai simply cleared his throat again, hanging his head a bit to show his tall boss he wasn’t trying to overpower his control in the least bit.
“It’s just been a while since I was last out on a mission, sir, and I’d rather use the short amount of time we’re gathered here together in order to gain more information about what it is we are to accomplish, rather than waste time on this fool’s shenanigans. My words intended no disrespect against you, sir.”
It was no surprise to Kai at all as he watched Tora slowly pull off of Aoi, allowing the agent to stand straight and show the entire unit his now bloodied face. Daichi and Hiro’s expression remained unmoving, but the little techie beside Kai broke into a smile, showing Aoi and everyone else in the room that he believed the cocky agent easily deserved what he got.
When Aoi took notice to Ruki’s placate expression, he furrowed his brows, glaring at the techie and purposefully knocking into his seat as he walked passed him, hissing, “Watch it, sweet cheeks. Boss-man over there isn’t always going to be around to keep me in line.”
Ruki gulped as Aoi continued to walk passed him, taking the seat at the end of the table – luckily away from everybody else. Kai put a hand on Ruki’s shoulder, squeezing lightly to gain his attention and then mouthing to him, asking him if he was okay. Ruki nodded his head in response, offering a sweet half smile, and then as if nothing had just happened, Tora hooked the tablet he’d brought with him up to the projector screen, beginning to flip through it and explain detail by detail just what it was Kai and his new partner were to accomplish in Mongolia.
Starting tonight, they were to be flown into Darkhan, one of Mongolia’s largest cities, which also happened to house one of the largest penitentiaries in all of Asia. Once settled in at their safe house, they were to find a mode of transportation and make their way to the heavily guarded prison and initiate a stake out. They needed to learn the guards’ schedules, learn the body language of the guards’, and figure out how many entrances and exits the entire facility contained. For in just two weeks’ time, they would be breaking out one of the country’s most well-known death row inmates; Shiban Zaya.
“Once Agents Uke and Shiroyama arrive at the safe house, Ruki will be sending them passcodes and everything else they’ll need in order to hack into the prison’s security system.” Tora spoke clearly, flipping the page on the tablet so a zoomed out picture of the full prison was now displayed on the projection screen. “Agent’s Hiro and Daichi will work primarily as the transport team during this mission. If needed, they will supply you with back up, but I’m expecting two agents of your level of expertise to be able to handle such a task by yourselves. Is that understood?”
Kai nodded his head as Tora’s hard gaze pierced him. Aoi continued to stare up at the ceiling and twist himself back and forth in his seat, looking like a bored child who couldn’t be bothered to pay attention to direction.
“Good, I’m glad you both understand.” Tora sent Aoi an icy glare before flipping another page on the tablet, “Once you have Zaya in your custody, you are to get him back to the compound ASAP; bring him directly to the holding cells. Straight after you’ve dropped him off, you’re to report to me and each of you will give me a play by play of how the mission went down. If I approve of your duel strategies, then I’ll officially declare your partnership and the two of you will be sent off to Europe the following week. Understood?”
Another nod from Kai; another bored stare from Aoi.
“Good. Now then, Agents Hiro and Daichi, a plane is being readied for you as we speak. It should have the greenlight to go by this evening. There should be absolutely no reason for the two of you to need to stop by the artillery room, but I recommend doing so anyways. You may just be in charge of transport this time around, but you never know when you’ll need to defend yourselves. Agents Uke and Shiroyama, go get one last well-being checkup and then head to the artillery room as well. Base you weapon choices off of the mission details I’ve just provided you with, and then spend the rest of the day doing whatever need be to prepare yourselves.” Tora stood, grabbing his tablet and adjusting his tie. “That’ll be all. You’re all dismissed.”
Aoi was the first to storm out of the room, and before he could even make it three feet from the door, two guards were on either side of him, following him in what Kai could easily deem the direction of the artillery room. That only made him scoff. Of course Aoi would listen only to the second half of the orders that involved weaponry.
Shortly after Aoi left the room, Agents Hiro and Daichi did the same, followed by Ruki who reported to Kai that he was going to be heading back to their bedroom.
With the rest of the unit now dispersed, Kai was left alone in the conference room with Tora, a chill making its way up his spine when Tora cleared his throat, still keeping his tone professional when he spoke. “After your check-up and once you’ve gathered everything, I do hope to see you in my office for a bit, Agent Uke.”
The double meaning behind that sentence would’ve gone over anyone else’s head, but not Kai’s. Kai understood exactly what Tora wanted out of that visit. And just like every other time for the past three months, Kai found himself nodding his head in agreement; feeling that utmost disgust conquer every inch of his body head to toe. “I’ll be there as soon as I possibly can, sir.”
Tora smiled. “Good.” And then he did something Kai was never expecting. He closed to final few steps between them, surprising Kai by pushing him full force back onto the table. He stepped into the gap between Kai’s legs, and then before Kai could fully register what was going on, Tora leaned down so they were chest to chest, smashing his lips together with the Agent’s beneath him.
And no matter how much Kai’s body was protesting against him, telling him to push Tora away, he couldn’t be bothered to try and listen. Because Tora was here. He was warm, his lips were plush, he was comforting. The way he caressed the sides of Kai’s face gave him more of an adrenaline rush than any mission ever has, and when he felt Tora’s tongue slide into his mouth so readily and take control of the entire kiss, Kai couldn’t help but kiss back with as much vigor. His hands wrapped in Tora’s soft hair boldly, and if possible, pulled Tora down on top of him even more, allowing the quietest of moans to escape him.
Tora’s hands slid up the sides of his shirt, pulling Kai towards him by the hips and allowing their growing erections to grind together, making Kai break the kiss with a hiss, “F-fuck, Tora…”
Out of all the times they’ve hooked up, this has been the most sporadic. They weren’t in a safe zone, anyone could walk through that door at any moment – they didn’t have Tora’s office for protection, and that unknowing factor made every touch, every brush of lips, all the more thrilling. Kai wanted more, he felt as if he physically needed more. But as he moved to capture Tora’s lips back in another kiss, Tora smirked and began to pull away.
“That was just a sneak preview of what’s to come. Hurry up at the medics and in choosing your weaponry and I can promise lots more.”
And with another short adjustments of his clothing and another sly smirk, Tora left the conference room, leaving Kai on the table panting and closing his eyes, attempting to figure out just when it was he began to let Tora’s advances control his entire life.

Author's Note: Look at me I'm kind on on a roll for once, wooh! Anyways, this chapter was boring, I know that, buuut with a story line that's bound to get rather complicated, I have to keep it at this pace so that my lovely readers don't get confused along the way :P This mainly dealt with introducing two new characters - Daichi and Hiro. I'm aware of the fact that some of my readers out there aren't Nocturnal Bloodlust fans, but guess what? I am. Sooo...if you hate them that much, just look at them as original characters, yeah? They're probably not going to be a huge part of the story anyways, but still, they're necessary.
Oh, and this chapter was starting to get waaaay lengthier than all the other ones, so sorry if it seemed to come to an abrupt stop, I'm just trying to keep them somewhat short! If I would've kept going, I would've probably posted a 10K chapter and I'm trying to STOP myself from doing that :P
Anyways, hope you guys enjoyed! Your lovely comments are what encouraged me to get this out so quick, so be sure to leave me more of those :P

Date: 2015-05-03 10:07 pm (UTC)I didn't think this chapter was boring at all! I just felt tension, not only sexual ;D
I am happy to see you on a roll! Keep it up :DDDD
Aoi better not try anything to Ruki....or else....okay, he can, I wouldn't mind as long as Ruki lives, at least for a little while longer? Or maybe no one will die in this fic...maybe it's just me that loves to kill off characters. *sigh*
And Tora, unf. Keep that up ;D
Haha, seriously though love it. Don't know what else to say <3

Date: 2015-05-03 11:31 pm (UTC)Whaaat? There was sexual tension? I didn't even notice ;) But I'm glad there was other tension too bc...I'm just going with the flow here, man lol.
I'm going to try and keep it up, promise!
Ohohoh so you caught onto the lil Aoi and Ruki moment :P I thought most readers would bypass that scene as nothing, but who knows...it might turn into a lil something :) And trust me, people are going to definitely have to die in this fic, I JUST DON'T KNOW WHO YET :'D
Tora and Kai doing sexy stuff (okay, almost doing) together just kind of wrote itself, so I DO hope I can keep that up bc yeah...Good pairing is good :P
Thanks so much for always commenting so speedily! You're the best <33

Date: 2015-05-03 11:49 pm (UTC)And yay for killing characters! XD

Date: 2015-05-04 01:19 am (UTC)Like I said, I know they're not EVERYONE'S cup of tea, so if you don't like them, you just don't :P
BUT SERIOUSLY NO NO. Don't let one little thing get you turned off of them! They all seriously have some amazing personalities and have basically been my new baby band since they debuted :DDD That whole 'hating fans who share music thing' was totally misinterpreted by a lot of people just because they don't realize that NB is still just a beginning baby band and they literally were funding everything on their own and blahblah - I promise you, they're *not* assholes :P
OKAY I'm going to stop babbling now and stop trying to push my fav bands on you :P
no subject
Date: 2015-05-04 01:37 am (UTC)Yeah they have to be awesome because they hang out with Lycaon all the time ;D (My babies <3) I just share my purchases and Masa tweeted how much, that was not cool. I can see where he is coming from but seriously, I think if anything it brings in more sales :D But that's a whole other debate... lol. Just after that, I didn't bother looking into them.
Push bands on me any day, I always love hearing about new bands because I have so many, it's honestly to hard to keep up with them all.
But yeah.. I'm liking most of this. :D
no subject
Date: 2015-05-04 12:48 pm (UTC)SEE! All the more reasons for them to be awesome! Lol. I'll admit, I've had a really hard time trying to open up and listen to new(er) bands (NB is like the only newish band I've completely fallen for) but seeing all of NB pics/videos with Lycaon makes me love them without really knowing them?? They're like...complete dorks and that's an automatic win in my book :P I get exactly where you're coming from in that sharing music/lives/etc brings in more sales, because honestly, it freakin does because I know there are an ass load of people out there who won't buy something until they're sure they actually enjoy the product enough to dish out a fuck ton of money on it...but I also get where he's coming from on a bandmen perspective. I mean, it's no doubt that the music industry (I guess I should say the 'rock' industry) is in a general decline. CDs are becoming obsolete, everybody and their mother resorts to digital purchases (which bring in less $$$) or downloads. And musicians are aware of this, and idk about you, but if my one source of income was being threatened...I'd get kind of offended too lol.
But when it comes down to it....I'm all for fans sharing anything and everything they can bc GOOD. LAWD. I could not afford to listen to half the bands I do if they didn't :P
ANYWAYS, I rambled far more than need be :P I'm just glad you're enjoying NB so far >:DD
no subject
Date: 2015-05-04 06:25 pm (UTC)I've only recently started listening to newer bands so I know what you mean. Good because you should Lycaon is amazing, they are complete sweethearts and it makes me all sad that they are disbanding ;___; okay more than sad, completely DEVASTATED. Yeah I understand, that's why I wouldn't share NB music even if I had it lol. But Mia from MEJIBRAY said he doesn't care so....and Lycaon hasn't killed me or my friend yet for sharing their complete discography so... LOL (Some of their stuff is rarely rare and can't be bought anyways so it only seemed fair to share it XD) Don't worry, I'm sure they make tons of bank on their cheki!
Yeah, I'm pretty broke. ;___;
Lol, rambling is always fun. <3

Date: 2015-05-03 10:25 pm (UTC)Tora putting Aoi in place was awesome, I just hope he won't do anything stupid on the mission.
Plus Kai and Tora moment was hot <3
OMG Daichi & Hiro, I love you for adding them, but what do you mean that they not going to be a huge part of the story, I don't agree to that (^_-)
Lovely chapter, waiting for more<3

Date: 2015-05-03 11:34 pm (UTC)I hope he won't either, but you never know with Aoi -___-
And I'm happy you thought it was hot bc I suuuck with any kind of sexy-ish times scenes :P
Yaaaay, I take it you're a NB fan, then?? :33
I'm not sure HOW big of a part they'll have yet, but I know they'll definitely become regulars in the story if that makes you feel better :P
Thanks so much for commenting, it means a lot <33

Date: 2015-05-04 12:11 am (UTC)Oh it was hooot, trust me you do not suck at sexy scenes<3
Yes I am, Daichi and Cazqui are one of my fav guitar duets <3
It does, looking forward to see what you would do with them (^_^)
You don't have to thank me I'm just happy you are back<3

Date: 2015-05-04 01:08 am (UTC)Yeeeees. Cazqui is beyond gifted when it comes to the guitar I just o____o HOW does he move his hands like that?? lol
And Daichi is honestly too precious for this world, tbh :'D
no subject
Date: 2015-05-04 08:49 am (UTC)Don't even make me start with Daichi, his cute and sweet and adorable and soooo talented, he can be such a dork in the cutes way, he's the cute princess of the band <3
Ok I should stop now (^_^)
But omg, I totally starting being a bit Daichi biased after watching one of the count down lives be ;____; he's so damn precious shaking his little booty and blowing kisses to the crowd ;___;
Re:
Date: 2015-05-04 03:54 pm (UTC)And the Natsu and Masa involvement with Gackt (even though I'm not his fan I know how big of a figure he is in jp) was quite cool(^_^)
Someone on tmblr called him a dark princess and I think is the right name for him. He is hot and cute at the same time and that's rare, i think I saw that one, that was adorable<3

Date: 2015-05-04 03:00 am (UTC)“Yeah, Ru, I did. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it.” Kai reached out and ruffled Ruki’s hair, which allowed a proud, childish smile to spread across Ruki’s full lips.
????????????????????????????ARE YOU PURPOSELY TRYING TO KILL ME???????? ;_______; He’s so preciousssss ugh. THEY WOULD BE SUCH A CUTE COUPLE. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME???? I keep being like…. I love Rukiiiiiiiii. I love Ruki and Kai and Rukai <3
….. But I also want Reita to wake up.
….. But I also like the donkey pairing.
DO YOU SEE THE PROBLEM??? Plus I’d be pretty shocked if you don’t include some Kaoi, I know you’re dying to do it :P
RUKI IS LITERALLY PERFECT THOUGH I LOVE HIM SO MUCH :’D
(………….If Reita DOES wake up, which he will of course, Ruki and Aoi could have each other tbh. IT’S SUCH A THIN LINE BETWEEN HATE AND LOVE AFTER ALL <3 Why kill him when he can luuuurve him instead? Aoi, take note!)
Tora and his “discreet” smile. Aaaaaahahahahahahahahahaha. There’s literally nothing discreet about that lovesick puppy, he needs to tone it down a bit before everyone finds out that Kai is letting boss-man bend him over his desk whenever he pleases. Aoi seems pretty observant, I wouldn’t be surprised if he already knows :/
Speaking of Aoi. That little shit. I was almost starting to like his arrogant ass until the threatened Ruki. I was smiling so damn wide when he entered the conference room all alone and acted like he thought he was hot shit. And then I smiled even wider when Tora showed him that he is indeed the real boss-man. Ah, male egos <3
Btw I’m sorry but I have some bad news for you :( I’m afraid you’re going to have to go back to school, because you seem to have misunderstood the meaning of the word “boring”.
I’m trying my hardest not go all Britney Spears on you and start shouting GIMME GIMME MOAR and you have the nerve to call this boring?????? Nahhhh.
ANDANDAND! Idk if everyone shares my excitement but I looked like this *_* when Hiro was mentioned. Yessssss I love that you included him, I’m 99.99 % sure this is the first fic I’ve read with NB members! Now I should probably learn the names of the other members……..^^;
This comment has been brought to you by too much caffeine and not enough sleep. I’m so, so sorry.
(I’m about to pass out from exhaustion so I’ll reply back to your email when I can actually formulate a coherent sentence, I hope you don’t mind :S I just really couldn’t wait to read thissss)

Date: 2015-05-04 01:12 pm (UTC)I CAN'T HELP IT THE SWEET AND PRECIOUS RUKAI MOMENTS PRACTICALLY WRITE THEMSELVES ;____; Just wait until the next chapter, tho....if you thought that was sweet, the opening scene in Chapter 7 will make your heart melt :'D (hopefully I can live up to my words now lol I have it planned in my head and IT'S REALLY SWEET IN THERE :p)
What're you talking about I would neeeever have the desire to write Kaoi. Who even likes that godawful pairing not me that's for sure *nervous laughter* :'D
You're soooo determined that Reita will wake up, aren't you? I'm just going to...nod my head and say okay then ;)
Tora can't help it, man. I mean, a cutie like Kai is constantly in his presence, he needs to be all over dat :P
Lol Aoi's definitely going to have his up and downs, but I promise you, you'll probs love him fully by the end of this fic....maybe....hopefully...who's to say he'll even still be alive??? I DON'T KNOW :'D Tora pinning Aoi down was just so easy to see in my head bc come on, we know Tora was just trying to show off for his Kai and that's ind of presh coming from the big ol' tiger :P
OMG I STARTED READING THAT AND MY HEART DROPPED I THOUGHT YOU ACTUALLY HAD BAD NEWS LMAO.
And I'll have you know...that Britney Spears comment? Yeah, it literally made me laugh out loud (or should I say giggle??) and it had my sister staring at me like I was crazy, so thank you for that :P (seriously though, it was like one of those random laughs that just get pulled out of you from nowhere and it kind of scared me bc I wasn't expecting it lol. SO THANK YOU, I NEEDED THAT <33)
>:DDDD YAAAAY, I'm excited you're excited bc I'm beyond thrilled to be writing NB :DD It's basically like creating new characters all over again bc I'm just borrowing their looks and assigning them whatever personalities I want and IT'S JUST SO MUCH FUN TO WORK WITH BADNMEN YOU'VE NEVER WORKED WITH BEFORE :DDD
Sleep deprivation and caffien has managed to allow you to leave one hell of a comment, so no apologizing!
And pssssh. I disappear so long ass periods of times when it comes to our emails, so you just take however long you need to <33

Yes, yes I am! My brain won't even accept the fact that he might not wake up. No. Nope.
BESIDES. If Reita wakes up, there'll be... an EXPLOSION of drama. YOU KNOW YOU WANT IT~~~~
HAHAH OMG I'M SORRYYYYY! xD Sorry if I scared you for a bit!
Hahahaa aww I'm slightly proud to hear that xD And I'm glad you appreciated it bc now I have that damn song stuck in my head >:/
I almost decided to wait until today to post the comment bc I knew I would read it later and be embarrassed... But then I remembered that my comments are always long and ridiculous and thought what the hell, I might as well just do it now :'D
